Canada's 2011 World Championship Roster

Here are the players that have committed to playing for Canada at the IIHF World Hockey Championship:

Islanders; Antoine Vermette, Columbus Blue Jackets; Travis Zajac, New Jersey Devils.

Defencemen:

Brent Burns, Minnesota Wild; Marc Methot, Columbus Blue Jackets; Dion Phaneuf, Toronto Maple Leafs; Alex Pietrangelo, St. Louis Blues; Luke Schenn, Toronto Maple Leafs.

"where's stamkos?" stamkos is on a terrible cold streak, and would only hurt team canada. look at how he blew winning the rocket richard trophy.(and maybe the art ross as well, tho daniel sedin probably would have won it anyway. there are many better players that would be better that are in the playoffs. Roberto Luongo? Corey Crawford? Shea Weber? Duncan Keith? Joe Thorton? Patrick Marleau? Danny Heatley? Martin St.Louis? Vincent Lecavelier? (forgot how to spell his last name.) stamkos is on a terrible cold streak, and would only hurt team canada.
